Our Services
Psychic Phyil offers traditional African spiritual healing including ancestral consultations, psychic readings, love restoration, curse removal and spiritual cleansing. Our services are for spiritual guidance purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or psychological advice.
Eligibility
Our services are available to adults aged 18 and older only. By contacting us you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel may not benefit from our services at that time.
Bookings and Consultations
Consultations are conducted in person in Cape Town or remotely via phone, WhatsApp or email. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary and will always communicate this to you in advance.
Payments and Fees
All fees will be clearly communicated before any work begins. Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required before a session starts. All fees are non refundable once the service has been delivered or the work has begun.
No Guarantees
We are fully committed to delivering our services with integrity and dedication. However we cannot guarantee specific results as every situation is unique and outcomes may vary. We will always be honest with you about what your situation requires.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide honest and accurate information about your situation. You understand that the effectiveness of spiritual work can be influenced by your own openness and cooperation. Providing false information may affect your results and we will not be held responsible in such cases.
Confidentiality
All information shared during a consultation is held in complete confidence under the sacred traditional healer oath. Your personal details will never be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
